Decisions, decisions

September 9, 2009

I've been blogging at The Pajama Gardener for a few years now. Not sure if I should keep that blog live or just blog here at my site. Until I make that decision, you can find me at pajamagardener.blogspot.com. I also blog at welcomewhitefolks.blogspot.com.

I'm also on Facebook,Twitter, SheWrites and Goodreads. Pretty much all over the place!

My dear Carleen B. It's very good to see the efforts that you're making in fight for equality in America. I'm the father of Millenia Back, author of The Great Pretender and The Great Betrayal. She's now working on her third novel The Great Mastermind.

I've been strongly supportive to her from the start of publishing venture, and the racial experience that she has endured at the hands of Penguin publishing company is not short of bizarre. What you're doing is commendable. I am also trying to publish a manuscript as well, that deals with some basic latent cultural problems. Well I'm not that much of a writer, I've got the ideas but have to depend on a good editor to help me out.

It's my daughter who sent me the link to your province, and I just couldn't resist writing to you. I feel strongly about the equality issues, and so I'm very interested in what you're doing. More power to it.

Carleen I am so proud of you...What an accomplishment. WE haven't been able to celebrate yet, but I wanted to let you know I am most proud of your accomplishments. You have given young women great inspiration to continue to be used as vessels through which our creator speaks!

    Carleen,
I found you through a daily google search that I have set up for my own coaching practice with 50+ people and my Roadmap to Meaningful Midlife audio/CD program. There are others like us across the country who are supporting and encouraging the 50+ generation to live fully and know they are not alone as they navigate these new lands of middle age. I'm so glad to see women of color giving voice to their experience of positive aging.
Glad you're there for your Sisters! From a white girl
